摘要 为了研究舱壁打孔对舱壁本身振动性能的影响,以环肋圆柱壳作为舱壁的边界,采用有限元法,计算了舱壁在不同参数(圆形孔的大小、位置、数量,舱壁厚度,激励力方向)下的均方法向速度级,得到了不同工况下舱壁的均方法向速度级的频率响应曲线,并对数值计算结果进行了比较和分析.结果表明,舱壁上圆形孔的大小、位置,以及数量对舱壁振动均存在一定的影响,这种影响随着舱壁厚度和激励力方向的变化而有所不同,工程中可以通过选择合适的圆形孔大小、位置、数量,以及舱壁厚度来达到控制舱壁振动的目的. In order to find out the effect on vibration properties of a hatch due to added holes,a stiffened cylinder is regarded as the boundary condition of a hatch.The mean-square velocity level of the hatch is calculated under different parameters via finite element method,including different radiuses,positions,and numbers of holes,different thickness of the hatch and different directions of excitation force.Then the frequency response curve of mean-square velocity level is obtained under different conditions.The comparison and analysis of the results show that the radius,position and number of holes have effect on vibration of the hatch,but the effect varies with the changes of thickness of hatch and direction of excitation force.It can control the vibration of the hatch by choosing appropriate thickness of hatch and appropriate radius,position and number of holes.
