摘要
为解决因深水航道工程建设而引起的航标船性能滞后和数量不足问题,在分析航标船现状的基础上,提出了基于航标船航速的单艇覆盖模型,并针对航标密度,桥梁,分、汇流河段,船舶流量因素对单艇覆盖模型进行修正,构建了基于单艇覆盖的航标船配置模型.依据模型对南京、镇江、上海航道管理处辖区内航标船配备数量进行了计算.
To solve the quantity shortage and capability lag problems caused by the deep-water channel project constructions,the single boat coverage model based on the speed of the beacon vessel was proposed after analyzing current situation of beacon vessel.The model was revised by the different revise coefficients such as beacon density,bridge density,distributary estuary as well as the flow of ships,then the beacon vessel quantity model was established.The results of calculating the quantity of beacon vessel based on above model in Nanjing,Zhenjiang,Shanghai waterway management districts turned out to be considerable reasonable.
