摘要 金邦板是以无机胶凝材料为基材 ,复合纤维增强 ,采用先进的高压真空挤出工艺生产的新型墙板。该板具有优越的力学、防火性能及耐候性 ,表面压花并涂装 ,具有良好的装饰效果。介绍金邦板的生产工艺 ,产品性能 ,应用领域 ;通过与常用外墙进行经济技术性能对比 ,金邦板复合外墙价位中档偏下 ,而墙体功能及装饰效果却是中档偏上 。 Jing Bang Ban' is a new wall board which is produced by advanced high pressure vaccum extruding process,taking inorganic cementing material as base material and reinforced by compound fiber. This board has excellent mechanical property,fireproof and weatherability. The surface of board is embossed and coated with better decorative effect. This paper introduces its production process, product performance and application fields. The price of 'Jin Bang Ban' compound exterior wall is at middle grade on the lower side while wall functions and decorative effects are at middle grade on the higher side or even at high grade in comparison with technical economic performance of common used exterior wall
