摘要 在设定的电流和电压条件下,为了准确验证或描述断路器分断过程的动态特性,开发了一种多信息测量系统。采用模拟信号作为触发信号,实现了在触发采集电流与电压波形的时刻同时触发高速摄像机。使用测量系统可以确定断路器分断过程中任意时刻的电流、电压值以及对应图像的关系;同时对电流、电压值与图像之间的同步误差以及降低同步误差做了分析。使用测量系统可以准确、高效地验证或描述断路器动态特性。 In order to validate or depict the dynamic characteristics of circuit breaker under certain current and voltage conditions, a multi-signal integrated measurement system was developed. The system is based on the technology of simultaneously trigger high speed camera and data acquisition card using analogy trigger method. During the short circuit break process of circuit breaker, the synchronous relationship between the current/voltage value and the corresponding image can be confirmed using the measurement system. The synchronous error and how to decrease the error between the current/vohage value and the image were analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of circuit breaker can be validated or depicted accurately and efficiently using the measurement system.
