摘要
通过分析微粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)冲击和振动试验条件的损伤模式,研究了过量试验条件对航天继电器造成损伤的机理。分别确立了极限冲击试验条件和极限振动试验条件的力学评判标准,并对某型号航天继电器进行有限元实例仿真,同时结合试验对评判标准进行了有效验证。
Through the analysis of the damage of particle impact noise detection (PIND) impact and vibration test condition, the mechanism of excessive damage test conditions was studied. The ultimate impact test condition and ultimate vibration test criteria were established respectively. The finite element model of a certain aerospace relay was simulated, consistent with the experiment as an effective verification for the criteria.
