摘要
本文提出一种基于改进STEINMETZ方程的新的计算SR电机损耗的方法,通过对定转子轭部和极部的磁密波形进行分解,归纳其分布周期及规律;详细系统进行了铁损的数学推导;并将计算结果与有限元分析结果进行对比验证,验证了该计算方法的准确性。本文的损耗计算方法可推广至不同相数和极数的各种电机,并且损耗求解与模型完全独立,确保了调速系统的动态性以及方法的通用性。
This paper presented a new method for SR motor loss calculation based on improved STEINMETZ equation,the magnetic flux density waveforms decomposition of the stator and rotor's yoke and pole was carried out,and the distribution cycle and law were summed up; on this basis,the mathematical derivation of the iron loss was made in details; both the calculation results and the FEM results were validated which verified the accuracy of the calculating method. The method presented in this paper can generalize to different numbers of phase and poles of the motor,and loss calculation was completely independent of model,which ensured dynamics of the control system and universal of the method.
