4桥臂矩阵变换器幅值优化容错控制方法

摘要 近年来提出的直接占空比脉宽调制技术,由于具有桥臂间控制独立、易于实现等优点,在电力电子系统的脉宽调制控制中得到了很好的应用。采用DDPWM技术和4桥臂矩阵变换器结构,提出一种具有较高电压传输比的幅值优化容错控制方法,可使矩阵变换器在正常和故障工作模式下,均能获得较高的电压利用率和功率输出能力。仿真结果验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。 Direct duty- ratio pulse width modulation(DDPWM),which is proposed in recent years,with independent control,easy to implement and many other advantages,has broad application prospects in PWM control of power electronic systems. Using the 4-leg matrix converter topology,combined with DDPWM technology,an optimized fault-tolerant control scheme with high voltage transfer ratio was proposed,which ensures that the matrix converter can reach high voltage utilization and output power capability both in normal and fault mode. The simulation results verify the correctness of the method.
