文章分析了NRC(2012)给出的氮和SID必需氨基酸需要量,认为它推荐的SID必需氨基酸需要量与氮需要量之比不合适。导出了根据NRC(2012)推荐的SID氨基酸需要量估计蛋白质需要量的公式,通过2个实例分析了公式的性能和用法。
The nitrogen and SID essential amino acid requirements for growing pig in NRC（2012） wasdiscussed, and the recommends for the ratios of SID essential amino acid and nitrogen requirement inNRC（2012） was not regarded to be appropriate. According to NRC（2012） recommended SID amino ac-ids requirement, six formulas for estimating protein requirement was introduced, the performance andusage of the formulas were discussed by analysis of two examples.
