摘要 为提高苹果表面质量检测的效率,降低劳动成本的投入,设计了苹果表面质量自动化检测系统,其主要包括用户登录、样本图像采集、颜色过滤、苹果定位,完好区像素、缺陷区定位、缺陷区像素、数据处理和人工学习等多种功能。以VS.net2005为开发平台,综合利用数字图像处理中的各种方法,通过对大量的数据样本进行测试,能够有效地对苹果图像进行精确检测,具有更为广泛的推广价值。 In order to improve the efficiency of apple surface quality detection and reduce the labor cost,this paper implements the apple surface quality automatic detection system,including user login,the sample image acquisition,color filter,apple positioning,function well area of a pixel,defect location,defect region pixels,data processing and artificial learning etc..Using VS.net 2005 as the development platform,the comprehensive use of various methods in digital image processing,based on the test of a large number of data samples,and it can effectively carry out accurate detection of apple image and there is more extensive application value.
