摘要
对比研究了硫磺给予体DTDC-80(N,N'-二硫代二己内酰胺)与DTDM-80(4,4'-二硫化二吗啉)在汽车密封条配方中的硫化特性及胶料的物理性能,并与DTDC粉体进行平行对比。结果表明,与DTDM-80相比,采用DTDC-80的胶料具有更好的抗焦烧性、更快的硫化速率和更优的拉伸强度,其他性能也基本相当。用其等量替代DTDM-80应用在密封条中,无需改变胶料的配方和工艺;与DTDC粉体相比,预分散DTDC-80在胶料中具有更好的分散性,胶料硫化速率快,胶料各性能接近,能实现活性成分的减量添加。
The curing characteristics and physical-mechanical property of DTDC-80, DTDM-80 and DTDC powders used in automobile sealant formula were investigated and compared. The results shows that the rubber compounds with DTDC-80 have better anti-scorch, tension Strength, faster curing rate and similar other characters. It is no need changing the rubber formula and technology when use same amount DTDC-80 instead of DTDM-80. Comparing to DTDC powders, rubber compounds using pre-dispersion DTDC-80 have better dispersion, faster curing rate, similar other characters, which is feasible of active ingredient's adding reduction.
