摘要
本文总结了"80后"员工的7个典型特征,通过实证研究对"80后"员工心理契约类型倾向进行了分析,对具有不同人口统计学特征的"80后"员工心理契约类型差异进行了分析,为企业引导"80后"员工形成稳定、良好的心理契约提出了建议。
This paper summarizes the seven typical characteristics of post-80s staff. By empirical research, the psychological contract types tendency of post-80s staff is analyzed, and the difference of psychological contract types o{ the post-80s staff with different demographic characteristics is also analyzed. On this basis, some feasible suggestions for the construction of sound and stable psychological contract are put forward.
