摘要
冷起动时间较长是小排量高压共轨柴油机所面临的问题之一。研究改善小排量高压共轨柴油机的冷起动时间的同时,考虑满足相应的排放要求。以某排量为1 L的柴油机为研究对象,提出柴油机冷起动改进的方案,并对预热部件、飞轮、燃油系统进行优化与改进进行了相关的试验。试验结果表明,这些措施改善了柴油机的冷起动性能,同时也满足了排放要求。
It usually takes longer time to start a small diesel engine with high pressure common rail system.To tackle this problem,the improvement of engine cold starting while meeting emissions regulation is carried out on a small diesel engine of one liter with some measures to intake heating device,flywheel inertia,common rail system,etc.And verification of the measures is made with relevant tests.The test results show that the measures are effective to the improvement of cold starting while the engine satisfies the emissions regulation.
