摘要
通过对影响煅烧石膏活性的主要因素:最佳煅烧温度、保温时间、外加剂等条件及作用机理进行的试验和研究,认为煅烧石膏作为活性激发剂时,其煅烧温度应在其品型转变温度范围内;保温时间的选择应由石膏品型转变的类型确定少量外加剂能提高煅烧石膏的活性。
Experiments and studies are made on the conditions and functioning mechanism of the main factors,the best burning temperature,heat preservation time,and admixture,etc.which influence the reactivity of burned gypsum. As a result it is recognized that the burning temperature of the burned gypsum should be within its quality transforming temperature range when it is used as stimulator. Moreover,determination of the heat preservation time depends on the type of gypsum quality transformation,and a little admixture can increase the reactivity of the burned gypsum.
