蒙古口蘑水提物对异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血小鼠的心肌保护作用

Effects of Aqueous Extracts of Tricholoma mongolicum Fruit Bodies on Selected Myocardial Ischemia Markers in Isoproterenol-Induced Ischemic Mice

研究蒙古口蘑(Tricholoma mongolicum)水提物对异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血小鼠的心肌保护作用。结果显示:与模型组相比,阳性对照组(地奥心血康胶囊),蒙古口蘑水提物(高、中、低剂量)组显著降低乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶MB、血清肌酸激酶活性,而提高超氧化物歧化酶的活性,并降低心肌丙二醛的含量。表明,蒙古口蘑水提物对异丙肾上腺素所致心肌缺血小鼠的心肌有一定保护作用。

Selected myocardial ischemia markers were determined in isoproterenol-induced ischemic mice administered aqueous extracts of Tricholoma mongolicum fruit bodies.Compared with the model control group lavaged with saline and isoproterenol,significantly lower levels of lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase MB and creatine kinase were recorded both in the sera of mice treated with T.mongolicum extract and the positive control group administered Diao xinxuekang capsules,while lower malondialdehyde levels and increased superoxide dismutase activity were recorded in the myocardial tissue.Our data indicate that aqueous extracts of T.mongolicum exhibit cardioprotective effects when administered to isoproterenol-induced ischemic mice.
