摘要 用气质联用法测定蜂胶提取物的化学成分,分别取黄酮类化合物相对含量和萜烯类化合物相对含量较高的两种提取物,采用化学发光法对两者的清除·OH-和·O2-能力进行测定,从而排除萜烯类化合物的干扰,并与槲皮素、芦丁两个黄酮单体清除自由基能力做比较,综合评价蜂胶中黄酮类化合物清除自由基的能力。 The extracts from propolis were analyzed by GC/MS. In order to eliminate the interference of tempenoids,the properties on scavenging·OH-and·O2-of the two extracts were determined by chemiluminescence, in which the relative contents of flavonoids and tempenoids were higher respectively. The properties on scavenging free radicals of quercetin and rutin were also determined and compared with the extracts of propolis. So free radical scavenging properties of flavonoids from propolis was evaluated.
