摘要
采用超声-微波协同萃取法提取龙眼壳中的总黄酮。通过单因素与正交组合试验得到最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波开启,提取时间60s,浸泡时间1h,乙醇浓度65%,液固比25,微波功率300W,该条件下的提得率达到了1.741%。
Application of Ultrasonic- Microwave assisted extraction of the total flavanone from longan shell was studied. Single effect factor and Orthogonal experiment were designed. The result showed the optimal processing parameters are : ultrasonic open, extract time 60 s,soak time 1 hour, ethanol concentration 65 %, liquid-Solid ratio 25,Microwave power 300 W, under above conditions the highest Puerarin extraction rate was 1.741 %.
