pH示差法测定不同种类蓝果忍冬总花色苷含量 被引量:25

摘要 蓝果忍冬是一种营养丰富的小浆果,花色苷含量极高,其在我国有丰富的野生资源。本文从吉林长白山地区,新疆阿尔泰地区分别收集了10株野生株系,利用pH示差法,对其总花色苷含量进行了测定。测得吉林长白山地区的10株野生蓝靛果忍冬的总花色苷平均值为411.30 mg/100 g;新疆阿尔泰地区的10株野生阿尔泰忍冬的总花色苷平均值为403.28 mg/100 g。在这20个野生株系中,总花色苷含量最低的为A2:238.24 mg/100 g,最高为C10,达到657.10 mg/100 g。 Lonicera cearulea L. is a nutrient-rich berry, its anthocyanin content is extremely high, and it has rich wildlife resources in China. Twenty high-quality wild varieties were collected from Changbai Mountain, Jilin and Altai area, Xinjiang in this article, and their total anthocyanin contents were determined by pH-differential spectrophotometry. The average of total anthocyanin content of 10 wild Lonicera edulis from the Changbai Mountains area was 411.30 mg/100 g, and the average of total anthocyanin content of 10 wild Lonicera altaica from the Xinjiang Altai area was 403.28 mg/100 g. of 20 wild Lonicera cearulea Linn., the lowest total anthocyanin content was A2:238.24 mg/100 g,the highest was C10: 657.10 mg/100 g.
