LB-21益生菌发酵乳整肠作用研究

摘要 应用"肠道改善表观评价调查表"对50名志愿者饮用低脂发酵乳LB21后的肠道状况进行了评价。结果显示,受试人员在饮用低脂发酵乳LB21第一周,粪便的硬度、粪便的颜色、粪便形状出现了显著性变化(p<0.05);排便次数、粪便量、排便后的感觉等指标在饮用的第二周,出现了显著性变化(p<0.05);整个饮用过程,受试人员的粪便气味有一定改善,但无明显变化,统计学上无显著性的差别。该结果提示饮用含双歧杆菌LB21的低脂发酵乳具有一定的促进人体肠道健康的作用。 The present study was conducted to analysis the possible influence of a low-fat fermented milk containing Bifidobacterium lactis LB21 by "Assessment Questionnaire on Intestinal Microenvironment Change" with 50 volunteers. The results show that fecal hardness, fecal color and fecal shape of volunteers were benign changed significantly(p 0.05) during the first week compared to before administration. The defecation frequency, fecal quantity and physical sensation of the volunteers were also significant changed(p0.05) during the scond week compared to before administration. The fecal odor was also improved during administration of test drinking, but these changes were not significant statistically. The results suggest that the low-fat fermented milk drink containing Bifidobacterium lactis LB21 express health promoting effect on intestine of volunteers.
