摘要
研究葡萄籽粉对高脂膳食大鼠肝脏抗氧化能力和对肝脏超微结构的影响。雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为5组:对照组、高脂组和葡萄籽粉低、中和高剂量组,除对照组外,其余4组给予高脂饲料。对照组和高脂组灌胃生理盐水;低、中和高剂量葡萄籽粉组灌胃不同剂量葡萄籽粉,每天灌胃一次,连续喂养28d。取肝脏测大鼠肝脏SOD的活性和MDA的含量,电镜观察超微结构变化。与高脂模型组相比,葡萄籽粉组大鼠肝组织SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著下降(P<0.01)。超微结构表明,葡萄籽粉能有效改善高脂饮食所致的大鼠肝细胞超微结构的损伤。葡萄籽粉能增强高脂饮食大鼠抗氧化能力,对肝细胞具有保护性作用。
To study the effects of grape seed powder on antioxidation and uhrastructure in the liver of high-fat- diet rats. Sixty male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups,including control group,high lipid group and grape seed powder low-, medium-and high- dose groups.The rats in control group and high lipid group were lavaged with physiological saline and the rats in grape seed powder groups were lavaged with different doses of grape seed powder. 28 days later,all the rats were killed,the activity of SOD and contents of MDA in liver tissues were determined;the changes in ultrastructure were observed by electron microscope. Compared with the high lipid group, SOD activity of grape seed powder group of liver tissue of rats increased significantly (P〈0.05), MDA content decreased significantly (P〈0.01). Uhrastructure showed that, grape seed powder could improve the structure of high-fat diet induced rat liver cell injury. Grape seed powder could improve the ability of antioxidative stress in rats fed with high lipid diet, protect the liver cells.
