Optimizing Microwave Extraction Technology of Soluble Dietary from Soybean Dreg with Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了提高豆渣有效利用率,利用微波辅助提取豆渣中的水溶性膳食纤维(solubledietaryfiber,SDF),通过高压预处理,在单因素实验结果基础上,利用Box-Behnken的中心组合设计原理选取微波功率、加酶量和酶解时间3个因素进行响应面设计优化提取工艺参数。结果表明:在pH4.55,加酶量0.55%,微波功率约519.28W,提取时间为2.48h,得到的SDF最大提取率为39.9%,对豆渣提取SDF的最佳工艺条件进行验证试验,三次重复试验结果 SDF得率取平均值为39.82%,与预测值39.9%相比其相对误差为0.2%,最优提取工艺准确可靠。 Microwave-assisted method was used to extract soluble dietary fiber(SDF) from soybean dregs to improve the utilization rate of soybean dregs,in which response surface analysis(RSA) was used to optimize extraction conditions.After high-pressure pretreatment,based on the single factor experiments,Box-Behnken central composite design principles were used to select the power of microwave,enzyme dosage and time as three parameters of response surface design to optimize extraction process.The results showed:at the condition that the amount of an enzyme 0.55 %,pH 4.55,extraction time 2.48 h,and microwave power 519.28 W,the extraction rate of soluble dietary fiber reached 39.9 %,which had an error margin of 0.2 % compared with the validation experiment results 39.82 % which predicted the optimal extraction process was accurate and reliable.
