摘要
用三氯乙酸提取水产品中的组胺,再与偶氮试剂反应生成红色化合物,其吸光度与样品中的组胺含量成正比,依此建立了快速测定水产品中组胺的方法。方法的检出限为2.0μg/mL,RSD(n=10)为2.6%,10次测定的平均回收率为99.5%,在0~40μg/mL范围内,r为0.999 8。该方法具有快速、稳定的特点,与国标方法所得测定结果基本一致。
Trichloroacetic acid was used to extract histamine in aquatic products then reacted with azo reagent and generated red compound.The absorbance was proportional to the histamine content in the samples and according to this I established a fast method of determination histamine in aquatic products.The detection limit was 2.0 μg/mL.The relative standard deviation(n=10) was 2.6 % and the average recovery of histamine derivative(n=10) was 99.5 %.The dependent coefficient of the linear function was 0.999 8 in the range of 0-40 μg/mL.The results obtained by this method was rapid,stable.And the results were same with that obtained by Kjeldahl's method.
