甘晓华，1957年1月出生，中国工程院院士，空军装备研究院总工程师。1989年北京航空航天大学博士毕业。担任中国航空学会浮空器分会主任委员，北京航空航天学会副理事长，任多所院校兼职教授，享受政府特殊津贴。

GAN Xiao-hua, born in Jan. 1957, academician of China Academy of Engineering, Engineer-in-Chief of AirForce Armament Academy. He got his doctor＇s degree from Beihang University in 1989. He is the chairman of Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics （Aerostat Branch Committee）, vice ehairman of Beijing Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is part-time professor at several colleges, member of the tenth, eleventh and twelfth session of the CPPCC National Committee.
