金属网胶合板的屏蔽效能的研究

Research on the Effectiveness of the Shielding Metal Net Plywood

金属网对电磁波具有反射和吸收的作用,但单一的金属网很难在各个领域有广泛的应用。研究了不同的金属网与木单板以不同的形式进行组合而成的胶合板在10 MHz^1 GHz范围内的屏蔽效能。研究结果表明,不锈钢的屏蔽效能比黄铜的高6 dB左右,两层的网屏蔽效能优于单层的网,178μm以上的铜网和不锈钢网都可以达到美国联邦通讯委员会规定的屏蔽效能。

The metal net have the effection of reflecting and absorpting electromagnetic wave,but the single metal net is difficult to have a wide range of applications in various fields.The plywood combine of the metal net and wood with different forms were stidied,then test the shielding efficiency in the range of 10 MHz～1 GHz.The results show that Stainless steel＇s shielding effectiveness is 6 dB higher than brass,double layers＇ shielding effectiveness is higher than single layer mesh,178 μm or more of stainless steel and brass mesh can achieve the requirement of U.S.Federal Communications Commission＇s shielding effectiveness.
