农村小学教师教学语言技能提升探究——以四川省彭山县为例 被引量:1

摘要 教学语言技能是教师从师任教最基本的、也是最重要的技能之一。由于教育资源分配不均衡,以及学历层次和个人能力的局限,农村小学教师的教学语言技能与城市教师相比存在一定差距。为推动农村基础教育健康持续发展,提高农村小学教师的教学水平,教师应努力提升自身的语言运用能力,学校应采取积极措施加强教师的语言技能训练,地方教育主管部门也要提供相应的政策支撑,为农村小学教师教学语言技能的提升提供有力保障。 Teaching language skills are the most basic and important skills of teachers,however there is a gap between those of the teachers in rural elementary schools and those of the teachers in the cities due to the imbalanced distribution of education resources,limit of degree and personal ability.In order to promote the healthy development of rural elementary education,and the teaching skills of the teachers in rural elementary schools,the teachers should enhance their own language ability,the schools should take active measures to strengthen the teachers' language skill training,the local education administrative departments should provide policy support,and guarantee the improvement of language skills of the teachers in rural elementary schools.
