基于政产学研合作的柳州茶产业发展研究

A Study on the Tea Industry Development in Liuzhou Based on the Cooperation of Government-Industry-Education-Research

柳州茶产业在政府、企业、科研机构及院校的共同努力下,取得了飞速发展,但由于企业规模小、生产条件落后、茶叶品种单一以及公共品牌参与度低等原因,柳州茶产业仍处于相对落后阶段。因此,通过建立以政府为主导,以龙头企业为主体,产学研相结合的社会力量广泛参与的政产学研合作体系,即政产学研合作的科研攻关与推广体系、政产学研合作的人才培育体系、政产学研合作的市场营销体系,促进柳州茶产业进一步发展。

With the efforts and cooperation of the government, enterprises, scientific research and educational institutions, the tea industry of Liuzhou has been rapidly developed. However, due to the small scale of the industry, the backward production conditions and the low participation of the public brands, the tea industry still stays in the stage of lagging behind. So it is necessary to study and build a system of government-guided, leading enterprises-subjected, industry-education-united,social power′s widely participated cooperation unity （i.e. a scientific research system, talents developing system and marketing system of the cooperation of government-industry-Education-Research-Institutions） to push the further development of the tea industry of Liuzhou.
