高职中外合作提升教学团队能力研究——以柳州职业技术学院为例

高等职业教育的建设及发展离不开优秀的教学团队,中外合作项目的开展是提升教学团队能力的有效途径。不同的合作模式对教学团队能力提升的影响各有不同,本文通过中外合作开展团队建设的模式分析,提出专业教学团队能力提升策略。

The construction and development is inseparable from the excellent teaching team in higher vocational education.The foreign cooperation projects are an effective way to enhance the teaching team capabilities. Different modes of cooperation on buildingteaching teamscapacity have different effects.This paper carried out a mode analysison team-buildingby foreign cooperation andput forward strategies to enhancethe ability for the professional teaching team.
