我国医院院长培训需求调查

The Survey of the Demands of Professional Training for Hospital Presidents in China

目的调查我国医院院长对于职业化培训的需求。方法 通过自制问卷，以某高校承办的医院院长培训班学员为对象进行调查。结果61．9％的院长表示“愿意”参加培训；目的主要是解决工作实际问题（85．7％）；76．2％认为每月集中授课1次（2～3天）、学制1年的培训时间合理；认为科学的培训方式是行业短期培训（81．8％）和专题研讨（72．7％）；认为最需要培训的能力是开拓创新能力和科学决策能力（均为86．4％）。结论院长对培训的重要性有一定认识，培训需求较大；短期培训是最科学的培训方式；院长最需要提升的是管理能力。

Objective To survey the demands of hospital presidents in China. Method ： A survey on the learners ofhospital president training classes held by a college was made in way of self-made questionnaires. Result：61.9% of thepresidents are willing to be trained to solve the practical working problems （85.5%） ;76.2% of them think that the con-centrated instruction once a month （2 -3 days） for a year is reasonable;that the scientific training ways are the short-termprofessional training （81.8%） and seminar （72.7%） ;that the abilities need to be trained the most are the ones of explo-ration and innovation, and scientific decision-making （ average 86.4% ）. Conclusion： The presidents have certain under-standing of the importance of the training, the demands for the training are great, the short-term training is scientific andwhat the presidents need to be trained the most is their managerial ability.
