摘要 参数化设计能够提高产品的设计速度,缩短周期,提高效率。对参数化设计的概念和原理以及方法进行论述,并以中小企业CAD自动化设计为背景,对Pro/E参数化设计进行研究,最后以低速载货车车厢设计为例,借助Pro/E二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,开发出了人机交互的车厢参数化设计系统,建立了车厢零部件的模型库,实现了车厢参数化建模以及快速设计。目前阶段得出结论表明:此车厢设计系统有助于提高设计速度,对提高中小企业CAD自动化技术有一定的参考意义。 Parametric designation can improve the design of the product speed and Shorten the cycle improve efficiency.This paper, discuss the concept principle and method of parametric design, takes the small and medium-sized enterprise CAD design automation as a background, takes research of the Pro/E parametric design.Finally,taking the example of farm transport vehicle compartment's parametric designation, taking Pro/toolkit of secondary development of Pro/E as tool, develop a system of human-computer interaction carriage parametric design, build a model library of Compartment's parts, and realize the compartment's parametric modeling and rapid design. At this stage concludes are that greatly improve the efficiency of the reassignment and have certain reference significance to improve the small and medium-sized enterprise CAD automation technology.
