摘要
阳江核电厂1号机组控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)耐压壳部件在现场安装至反应堆压力容器顶盖管座后出现了Canopy焊缝间隙超差的问题,无法进一步完成施焊。介绍了上述Canopy焊缝间隙超差问题的分析及处理方法,并对该问题提出了相应的预防措施,为核电厂控制棒驱动机构耐压壳部件的安装提供可行的参考经验。
Control rod driving mechanism in Yangjiang nuclear power plant unit 1(CRDM) pressure shell component appeared in Canopy welding of ultra poor gap problem in installation to the reactor pressure vessel head holder, welding can not be completed further. The analysis and processing method of the Canopy weld gap error problem, and puts forward corresponding prevention measures to the problem, install the drive pressure shell component bar provide feasible reference experience for the nuclear power plant control.
