摘要
介绍一种应用于多角度的螺钉装配的汽配紧定螺钉装配装置的控制系统设计。其汽配紧定螺钉装配装置包含动力旋转螺钉装配起动、装卸装置动作以及计数等工作,装卸装置动作利用气动实现4个工作需求,即完成了送料、备料、卸料、螺钉导向升降输出,应用表明本装置设计合理,操作简易和维修方便。
This paper introduces the design of control system applied to multi angle screw assembly auto locking screw assembly device. The auto locking screw assembly device comprises a power rotating screw assembly starting, loading and unloading device movements and the counting work, loading and unloading device using pneumatic 4 work demand,the completion of the feed, preparation, unloading, screw lifting output, application show that the device has reasonable design, simple operation and convenient repair.
