摘要
装载机液压油缸是整机易损件,开展液压油缸再制造是最大限度利用其中蕴涵的材料、能源和经济附加值,以达到节能、节材、环保目的,发展绿色循环经济。首先分析了油缸再制造背景,然后分析了油缸失效形式及再制造修复应达到的要求,接着对油缸修复技术手段进行比较选择,并给出了电刷镀技术修复油缸具体工艺过程及工艺参数选择,最后对修复后油缸进行性能检测。
