模锻长梁大间距耳片孔同轴度的控制

摘要 梁类零件是飞机上非常重要的受力件和结构件。薄壁深腔结构的双面模锻长梁由于其特殊的材料及结构,加工难度非常大。着重论述了在加工模锻长梁类零件时,如何通过合理有效的工艺方案来控制零件变形,以及如何加工大间距耳片孔,以控制其同轴度,确保零件质量。 Beam parts is very important on the plane stress component and structure. Double sided die forging with thin wall and deep cavity length beam due to its special structure and materials, processing difficulty is very big. The focus on the processing die long beam parts, how to process scheme is reasonable and effective to control the deformation of parts, and how to process large ear hole spacing, in order to control the coaxiality, ensure quality of components.
