摘要
提出把数控测量得到的飞机制造中零件的实际状态数据补充到零件理论状态数据中,从而形成零件制造数字模型,并将每一架的这些模型分别进行组合形成每架飞机的制造数字样机,用于飞机装配模拟仿真工作。通过装配模拟仿真提早的发现零件实际装配过程中即将面临的问题,并提前制定解决办法,采取解决措施以确保飞机装配工作的顺利进行。
The actual state of NC data measured in aircraft manufacturing added parts theory state data, thus forming parts manufacturing digital model, and each one of these models are combined to form manufacturing digital mock up each aircraft, used in aircraft assembly simulation work. Through the assembly simulation advance the discovery of the actual parts assembly will face problems, solutions are established in advance, to take measures to ensure that the aircraft assembly work smoothly.
