摘要
针对当前多以3自由度动力学模型对振动筛进行动力学研究,基于牛顿法建立了3自由度的振动筛动力学模型,并利用Matlab编程求解其数值解。对某沥青搅拌设备的振动筛进行了3自由度模型计算,计算结果较为完整的描述了振动筛的振动过程,符合振动筛的实际工况。
In view of the current in the 3 degree of freedom dynamic model of vibration screen dynamics research,Newton method to establish vibration of 3 degrees of freedom dynamic model based on the screen, and the use of Matlab programming to solve the numerical solution. Vibration of a asphalt mixing equipment sieve were calculated for 3 degree of freedom model, the calculation result is more complete description of the vibration of vibrating screen, in line with the actual conditions of vibration sieve.
