摘要
对比柔性制造系统理念的特点和某机床定位方式的现场实际情况,发现某机床定位方式柔性程度低,制约生产线效率。以高柔性制造系统的特点和性质作为目标,指导定位方式的改进,为工作方向提供有力的理论支持。最终通过对机床定位方式的改进,提高了其生产柔性程度,且和改进前相比,具有了更高的稳定性。
Compare with characteristics of the concept of flexible manufacturing system and the actual situation, a machine locate method is found to be less flexible and restricting the efficiency of production line. Aiming at the characteristics and properties of high flexible manufacturing system, to guide improving locate method and provide working direction with strong theoretical support. Finally the degree of the machine production of flexible is increased through the improvement of locate method, and compared with its status before, the stability is increased too.
