随着装备制造技术的快速发展,数控加工越来越普及,手动编程是数控技术应用基础,尤其是宏程序。简要介绍了宏程序的概念、数学模型的编程方法。并以加工椭圆球面为实例,详细介绍了宏程序的编制过程。最后给出了采用FANUC Series Oi Mate-MD系统编制的椭圆球面的加工程序及程序注释。

With the rapid development of equipment manufacturing technology, NC machining is more and more popular, the manual programming is the basis of numerical control technology application, especially the macro program. Briefly introduced the concept of macro program programming method, mathematical model. Taking the machining elliptic sphere as an example, introduces the compiling process of macro program. Finally, the machining program using FANUC Series Oi Mate-MD elliptic spherical system and program notes are given.
