摘要
通过数控铣床两种对刀方法的比较,分析两种方法的过程特点,得出如何选择合理的对刀方法。并通过实际案例进行相关论证,论证得出:在位置精度和工件外观要求不高时可选择试切法,而在位置精度和工件外观要求较高时,须采用对刀器对刀法。
Through the comparison of numerical control milling machine two adjusting method, analysis of the characteristics of the course of the two methods, the methods of how to select the reasonable. And demonstrates through actual case. Conclusion: requirements is not high can choose the cut and try method in the position accuracy and the appearance of work, but in the position precision and workpiece appearance requirements higher, should be used for cutting tool presetter.
