由于新产品开发的需要,武钢与科研单位联合研制了一台热轧试验机。从热轧试验机的工艺特点入手,介绍了热轧试验机的液压系统结构和工作原理,同时也对电气系统的特点和结构进行了详细的介绍,应用结果表明400 mm热轧机具备了试验开发的大压下量和异步轧制功能,同时成品精度完全满足试验钢种开发的需要,成为新产品研究开发的重要设备。

By the need of developing new products, WISCO developed a new kind of laboratory hot mill associating with certain research institute. The paper introduces the hydraulic system structure and work principles of the hot mill, it also presents the electronic system characteristic and configuration according to hot mill process flow characters.
