摘要 对XGK1400不锈钢冷轧机的机架展开模态分析,研究机架的各阶模态振型与变形特点。采用有限元方法,对轧机机架的分析与结构改进,该冷轧机的各阶固有频率得以提高,避免了工频造成的振动误差,有利于提高精密带材的质量。ANSYS Workbench可视化分析平台和SolidWorks三维设计平台可进行实时交互,便于实现CAD与CAE的集成和协同。所研究的方法,适用于轧机的分析和优化设计。 Modal analysis of the frame of XGK1400 series cold rolling mill is carried out in this paper. The first six resonant frequencies and corresponding modes of vibration are obtained. Based on finite element analysis(FEA) method,modification is made for the frame of the cold rolling mill. After the modification of frame, its resonant frequencies are raised, so as to avoid the influence of power frequency. This optimization is helpful to enhance the quality of cold rolling strip. The ANSYS Workbench is able to interact with SolidWorks in time, so CAD and CAE are ease to be carried out between these two softwares.
