摘要
铁矿粉的同化性、液相流动性、粘结相强度等高温特性,较常温特性更能反映铁矿粉在高温烧结过程中的行为,对优化烧结配矿有重要意义。本文就目前南钢常用的铁矿粉进行试验,结果表明:铁矿粉的烧损大小对其同化性有明显的促进作用;提高烧结温度和碱度,铁矿粉的液相流动性得到提高。
High temperature characteristics such as the assimilability of fine iron ore, the liquid phase fluidity and the strength of the binding can reflect more behavior at high temperature than at normal temperature, which is important to optimize the sinter mix proportion. By testing fine iron ore used in NISCO, the result shows that burning has obvious promotion for the assimilability. Higher sintering temperature and alkalinity can improve the liquid phase fluidity.
