摘要
分别利用扫描电子显微镜、金相显微镜对不合格拉伸试样进行断口微观形貌及显微组织观察,结果显示,白点是导致Q345R钢板延伸率不合格的主要原因,组织异常也是其不合格的重要原因。
The fracture morphology and microstructure of the unqualified tensile specimen were analyzed by scanning e- lectron microscopy and metallurgical microscope respectively. The results showed that white point was the main reason leading to the fracture elongation and abnormal structure also was an important reason of disqualification.
