摘要
棒材厂中型线的行车以PLC作为控制系统的核心,PLC模块为S7-200继电器型模块。行车在使用过程中PLC模块输出点出现了故障,造成行车大小车机构误动作。通过故障查找,发现故障的原因为PLC模块内部的输出点继电器的触头粘连,同时也发现行车电气控制系统存在设计缺陷。通过对PLC故障原因的分析,找到了故障解决的办法并弥补了设计缺陷。
PLC is the core of the control system in traveling crane at Medium Sized Line of Steel Bar Plant, which adopts S7 -200 relay type module. During operation, something wrong with the out-point of PLC module causes the faults of cart and trolley of traveling crane. Through troubleshooting, the fault is from contact adhesion of the internal output point relay of the PLC module. Meanwhile, the design defect of the electrical control system has been found. By cause analy- sis the problems have been solved.
