摘要
南钢金鑫在精益管理一阶段导入过程中,通过科学的方法,开展6S实践、样板区打造,实施全员改善提案、看板管理等,初步实现了人的规范化、事的流程化、物的清晰化。通过系列化的培训提升员工素养,建立评比制度,形成精益管理的长效化推进机制。
By carrying out 6S management, building a model area, implementing staff improving proposals, Kanban and other methods, Jinxin Steel Rolling Co. , Ltd. has initially realized staff normalization, work process and goods clarifica- tion at the first stage of lean management. Long-term mechanism for promoting lean management can be established through series of staff training to improve literacy and building appraisal system.
