校园河水的生物检测和水体水质评述

Bio-detection and water quality assessment of the river water sampled from campus

以校园河水作为实验对象,在环境专业本科生中开展综合性实验"校园河水的生物检测和水体水质评述"的研究与探索,通过对河水生物相的显微镜镜检以及总大肠菌群、细菌菌落总数的检测,学生对河水水质进行综合评述。本实验项目将实验内容与环境实践有机结合,通过多个微生物指标的测定,巩固学生基础理论知识,激发学生学习的热情与好奇心,锻炼学生综合分析能力,促进学生创新思维和创新能力的培养和提高。

The comprehensive experiments, the bio-deteetion and water quality assessment of the riv- er water sampled from the campus of Tongji University, were studied and explored among the under- graduates of environmental specialty with the river water being used as the experimental sample. The water quality was assessed by the students after the observation of the microorganisms in the river water under microscopes and the determinations of coliform bacteria and the total numbers of bacteria colony form in the river water. Through the combination of the experiments with environmental practice and several microbial tests of the river water, the students＇ microbial basis of theoretical knowledge was consolidated, their enthusiasm in learning as well as interests was stimulated, their comprehensive a- nalysis capabilities were enhanced and their innovative thinking and creative ability were promoted.
