摘要
本文主要工作是提出设计三维伸展结构的一种方法 ,并由此得出机构综合的准则——单元等投影尺寸膨胀法 (EPDEBS) ;分析了结构静动力响应 ;文末分析了在重力作用下对抛物面成型精度影响。全文分析表明这种展开结构有展开可靠性高 ,刚度好 ,形面精度高和造价低等显著优点 ,对指导可展结构研究和设计具有重要工程意义。
The paper deals with the question how to construct three dimension deployable structure and presents a method named Equal Projection Dimension and Equally Bulging Scale (EPDEBS), which can solve the problem of analysis and integration for mechanism, and can be worked as a criterion. Static and dynamic analyses are made. At the end of paper the gravity influence on the precision of paraboloid is presented. All the analyses show that the kind of deployable structure has some merit, such as good unfolding reliability, good stiffness, good orientation and lower cost. So it has high value to guiding design and research of deployable structures. [
