旅游规划的质量评价及影响因素分析

Quality Evaluation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Tourism Planning

通过分析旅游规划评价质量的影响因素,提出了旅游规划质量追踪评价报告和旅游规划质量评价专家责任机制两种方法来改善旅游规划质量评价机制,最后提出旅游规划质量控制的5项对策:(1)认真选择规划主体;(2)慎重签订规划合同;(3)严格监督规划过程;(4)客观进行规划评审;(5)委托方需要有专人专门钻研旅游规划知识。

Based on the analysis of factors influencing the quality of tourism planning evaluation,this paper puts forward two methods to improve the quality of tourism planning evaluation mechanism：（ 1） tourism planning quality tracking evaluation report;（ 2） tourism planning quality evaluation expert responsibility mechanism. At the end of the article,five countermeasures of tourism plan for quality control are put forward：（ 1） seriously on choosing tourism planning unit（ experts）;（ 2） carefully on tourism planning contract;（ 3） be strict on supervising the tourism planning process;（ 4） Objective assessment;（ 5） the requester needs to have someone dedicated to study tourism planning knowledge.
