Thinking and Practice of Cultivating Students Professional Capacity of Higher Vocational Colleges

加强高职院校学生职业能力的培养是契合高职院校办学特点和发展实际的现实选择。基于对高职院校学生职业能力内涵的分析,阐述了它对提高学生的就业竞争力,实现高职院校的内涵式发展的重要意义。高职院校强化学生职业能力的培养应该从以下几个方面着手:创新教育理念,加强教师队伍建设,合理设置专业课程,建立和完善职业能力培养的实践教学体系。

Strengthening students professional capacity is the realistic choices which fit to the characteristics and development of higher vocational colleges. The article analysis the students＇ competitiveness of employment and realize the connotative development of higher vocational colleges based on the students professional capacity. Strengthening the cultivation of students ability of higher vocational colleges should be from the following aspects： innovating the educational concepts,strengthening the team construction,setting the reasonable curriculum,establishing and improving the teaching system of practice.
