A Research on Administration Supervisory Mechanism in Local Government

行政监督是指依法享有监督权的国家机关、社会组织及其公民,对国家行政机关的行政行为和工作人员的职务行为进行观察、检查、评价、督促及纠正的活动。在十八大精神的指引下,本文研究的着力点是把我国宪法规定的县级地方政府及其工作人员作为研究对象,阐述目前我国县级地方政府及其工作人员的行政监督现状,最后,对如何建立有效的监督机制提出一些见解,增加县级地方政府行政工作的效率,树立地方政府的公信力。

Administration supervisory refers to government agencies,social organization and citizens with the right of supervision shall have the right to observe,inspect,estimate,supervise and correct the work of administration agencies and its staff.This paper focuses on the research of local governments in county level and its staff,elaborating their current situation.Some suggestions have been put forward in how to set up effective supervisory mechanism,which are to improve operative efficiency of local governments in county level and build its credibility.
