摘要
采用直接固体进样结合气质联用法测定了中药材郁金中的挥发性成分,共分离出23种化合物,鉴定其中的19种化合物,占总色谱峰面积的86.6%,包括酸类、烯类、醛酮类及其它化合物。该实验有效地分离了郁金中挥发性成分,并且对其进行了定性分析,为芳香性中药材的挥发性成分的研究提供了可靠的参考依据。
A method was set up to analyse volatile compounds in Chinese herbal medicine Curcumae Radix by direct solid injection with GC-MS.The results show that,23volatile compounds are isolated,and 19compounds identified,and 86.6%of the total peak area,including acids,alkenes,aldehydes and ketones and other compounds.This experiment effectively separated volatile compounds,and accurate qualitative compounds,and provide a more convenient reference for the study of volatile aromatic Chinese herbal medicines.
