梧州骑楼更新改造的可持续发展模式探析

An Analysis of Sustainable Developing Mode by Renovation and Improvement of Wuzhou's Arcades

有"中国骑楼博物城"之称的梧州骑楼其规模之大、数量之多,国内罕见。而且骑楼的建筑风格融汇中西元素,体现了梧州独特的城市商业文化。该文以可持续发展的视角,分析研究骑楼群的建筑功能与历史价值、更新改造项目的成果与现存问题,以可持续发展理念提出对骑楼进行改造更新的相应措施,使之适合现代人的居住生活和开展经商活动。

Being known as the ＂Arcade Museum of China＂, Wuzhou＇s arcades are in large scale and great quantity, which is very rare in China. Besides, the architectural style of Wuzhou＇s arcades shows a blend of both Chinese and western cultural elements,illustrating the unique commercial culture of Wuzhou city. This paper, from the perspective of sustainable development, makes an analysis of the architectural functions, historical value, achievements of renovation projects and existing problems of the arcades. Finally, based on the principle of sustainable development, this paper puts forward some measures to renovate and improve the arcades in order to make the arcades more suitable for people to live in and do business in.
